Without proper calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients, your body won’t perform at its best or maintain the right energy balance. That’s why we strongly recommend nutrition coaching for our members.
At GSF, we offer a complimentary nutrition consultation to help you reach your fitness and health goals. The process begins with a detailed 45-minute consultation where we assess your current eating habits and fitness objectives. During this session, you'll complete a questionnaire and a 3-day food log, and we’ll have an open discussion about your habits and understanding of nutrition. Based on this information, we’ll create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your needs.
Your program will also include a sample meal plan, offering insights into portion sizes, calorie/macronutrient breakdowns, nutrient timing, and micronutrient diversity. Regular check-ins with your coach allow for progress reviews and adjustments to keep you on track.
